What goal settings target can i use to improve motivation in football for a goalkeeper?

In under an hour I’m leaving for my first challenge cup game. My soccer team is in 7th place and we are playing the 2nd place team. I’m already going into this with doubt. I want to try my hardest and continue to push cause I know it’s likely my last game. But somehow, I always play not that hard when I know there’s lots of pressure. Last minute advice?

Don’t think about the pressure just go out there and play the best you can and don’t even care for a second who your playing against just have the vision that your gonna win and don’t let anything else distract you from your job wether your a defender a striker in Mid or the goalkeeper if you do your job wright then that’s all that matters!

i play soccer AND need to get faster run and stronger kick.. can you motivate me cuz my dads nagging speech is taking away my motivation..
i have a coach(i play competitive soccer) and many friends its just that what they say are just empty words thats why i asked online

music is my motivation when ever i do something with soccer i always play music idk why but the beat of the song gets me motivated

im around 200 pounds i got decent speed i look like im 160 i do not show 200 at all im scared to try out because ive been playing with friends since i was little and im pretty decent

im scared becuz this summer will be my first time trying out and idk if i will make it and will be laughed at from my friends

i can juggle around 10-20 and i cant really do head juggles so that worries me

i have a strong leg

its just that wut if all the people r better then me and i heard u have the run long

i can run fast but i cant keep my stamina up i never tried motivation music while running will that help? thanks

Going out for your school’s team is hard emotionally, but once you get out to it, you know you will enjoy it.

I’m a pretty good soccer athlete, and I know a ridiculous amount about soccer (I’m on my second year coaching ), but one of my few regrets is that I never joined the school soccer team; I knew I didn’t have any friends on the soccer team, and that I was pretty sure there were people on the team who did not like me, and I was afraid of being rejected because I wasn’t good enough. I should have gone out for the team; it would’ve made me a better soccer player even if I did end up getting rejected; it would have shown me that I was strong mentally and physically (both important for soccer).

Your friends will support you; just the fact that you try out and give it your all will speak volumes about your character, and that’s something the coaches will file away when they see you try out again next year.

Ive got one good one (its not mine my friend got it of someone) " An athlete can play soccer, But an Artist is good at it." anyone got anymore that i could use.

Being a winner is more than getting a first place trophy, it is acting like the effort was an honour and the trophy is just a decoration.
